Once your Soulmate has accumulated enough experience, they can apply for a Job. Once they have mastered their Job, they can apply for Job Promotions. In general, Jobs are divided into three levels.
Associate is the first level of Job a Soulmate can apply for. These Jobs are the easiest to get and will have one layer of special boons.
Seniors are the second level of Job that Associates can be promoted into. These Jobs require Soulmates to have a Magister Degree.
First Class is the legendary class that Seniors can be promoted into. These Jobs require your Soulmate to have a Doctorate Degree.
1/1 Soulmate is auto-First Class. Owners of 1/1 can choose to canonize their NFT into a First Class Job. This will give the community access to its First Class Job. If no 1/1 owner wants to do this, no First Class Jobs can be claimed.
The 1/1 owner gets a yield % every time someone does a Senior Job promotion into their First Class job.
